  • INITIAL FEEDBACK WITHIN HOURS – Brokers have ready access to Eastwood Securities staff to discuss all aspects of a loan scenario being investigated. This can be done by phone or email to suit the individuals preference. These decision makers are able to provide feedback to assist the broker with their clients private lending needs. On receiving an outline of your loan scenario we can provide a rapid indication of any issues to be addressed and whether or not Eastwood Securities Mortgage Fund may be able to assist with finance.
  • FLEXIBLE ASSESSMENT – Our lending is based on a common sense approach to lending due-diligence and our greatest asset is that we can be totally flexible to Borrowers requirements. We work with relevant information available from the borrower rather than take a ‘tick-box’ approach.
  • RAPID LOAN APPROVAL – The time required to complete due diligence is totally dependent on how promptly the requested information is provided by the applicant and the time required for a valuation to be undertaken.
  • EASY SETTLEMENT PROCESS – A final Letter of Offer will be provided to the broker on behalf of the applicant. Eastwood Securities Pty Ltd as Fund Manager uses a suite of lending documents that are specific to private lending purposes. We utilise the services of two legal firms who provide appropriate expertise and experience in private lending secured against real property. Loan documents will be available within 48 hours of request and settlements can take place within 48 hours of receipt of signed documents
